An application for Full Planning Permission has now been submitted to Cornwall Council. The final scheme incorporates 4no. units comprising:
1,853 sqm GIA of comparison goods (Class E) floorspace (including ancillary garden centre) to be occupied by The Range;
1,790 sqm GIA of supermarket (Class E) floorspace to be occupied by Aldi;
350 sqm GIA of drive thru restaurant (Class E / Sui Generis) floorspace to be occupied by McDonald’s; and
167 sqm (GIA) of drive thru coffee shop (Class E) floorspace to be occupied by Costa.
The development proposals also include associated vehicular, pedestrian and cycle access, parking, servicing, landscaping and land for biodiversity enhancement
